One of my bolts fell off

Hey guys,
One of the 2 bolts that hold my seat cowl/bodywork in place at the sides decided to fall off. Now my question is, what the hell are they called? I tried Ebaying for "VFR seat cowl bolt" etc but no hits...

 

It is probably a "pan screw".

They should be the same as the fairing bolts. You might want to search ebay for "honda fairing bolt kit".

Sargent sells quick release pins to replace these.....

 

It's #13 on that parts list, and I still can't find em on ebay (i'm from the UK). Thanks for posting that up tho - spot on!

 

use threadlocker. Keeps them there. They are not that expensive. I can't tell you how many of those things fell off my CBR. Have not lost any yet, but I do check them from time to time.
