I gotta fix up my forks cause they are done....and I'm low on funds so I gotta do them myself from a set I got off Ebay.

However I do NOT want to skip on parts to put into the forks.

So besides the Seal kit from Honda what else should I buy?

    Fork Oil? 10Wt?

Also any parts of the dive system I should replace? O-rings or seals?

i just did mine, other than the seal kit the only thing to buy is new bushings, i used bel-ray 10wt oil (i'm 170 lbs. ) seems to work well. just make sure you put the seal in with the brand facing upward and put all the parts back in. use a piece of PVC pipe for the "special service tool" i didn't touch the anti-dive system not much to wear out there. good luck.

    What bushings?

Do you recall the diameter of the pvc pipe you picked up?

Anyone know the trick to getting the Fork tube out of the slider?

I got the circlip out and the next step is to remove the tube but I can't figure it out

you got to yank it out really hard. make sure the Allen head bolt is all the way out first! there is a bushing on the fork tube when you pull it out. that might need to be replaced if it's worn out. sorry can't remember the PVC pipe size exactly it is, or is close to 2"
