    Hi all,

I just got my 5th gen VFR and I can't stand how they hide the single sided wheel behind the exhaust. I want to put on a high mount system.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Can, mounting system, etc?

I have access to a shop so I can fab something up so if anyone has specs for a system that they've made or know that works I would love to see it!

    Thanks,

    Jim

I'm with you on that. Very surprising that it took Honda until the G6 to show off that single-sided setup!

I happen to think high-mounts look great too; I had a pair on my 98 VTR years ago.

A right side exit would be my personal preference. A high mount would be easier probably. Both would be improvements on Honda's though.

How much does the stock can weigh? And any thoughts on keeping the factory exhaust and just mounting it higher? I personally like the sound, it's quiet when cruising and produces a nice roar when gunning it.
