Hey everyone....today I had a little time to jump into garage and work on bike.....
I was trying to fix the head light....someone wire the bulb with a wire from... fuse and just ground it....wtf...so...was trying to fix that.....then I put front plastic back...and wire the turn signals....and they don't work like they should...first they r 3 conectors from bike...and 2 on plastic with turn signals....EACH SIDE.....one conection on b ike is not used..that's how it was before....and worked...on both mine bikes....so what is happening...
When I turn the turn signal right or left.....on the turn signal switch.....the signals.....light non stop......with weak light....and don't blink........that thinh upfront of bike is making noise......grrrr....its located ot the right side of bike when u stay front to the bike.....the manual didn't tell me much...its more about dissasambling lights then fixing them....is change that thing.....with hand grip switch from mine 750...parts bike... and its same thing......weak...light....no blinking.....
Also.....mine high ben light dosent work.....work on mine 750.....but dosent work on 700 .....I change parts between both bikes......and it basicly same thing.....with turn signals.....any idea anyone .......thx.

Sounds like a bad flasher. find the 'thing' with a white/green, grey, and (likely) a solid green wire going to it and replace it with a known good or new one.

I agree with dizzy, sounds like a bad flasher. But if that doesn't work you may need trace your wires and see if the circuit is being interrupted (which is not fun)

Could also be just a really weak battery. The extra wires in the front of the bike (orange/white and blue/white) are for the STOCK turnsignals. They have additional running lights.

Turn signals will not work without the battery.

Z .... are you saying you have to jump start it? .... if so, that's your bigger issue! and Donald would be right. A new batt would be the first thing to do.
