i use them all the time for my pedal powered bikes. they work like a champ, and the bristles are replaceable. i have not used one the the VFR chain, but the shape alone beats the heck out of using the girlfriends tootbrush :brushteeth: if the warm weather holds this week, its spring cleaning for the VFR, and i will give it a try and let you know.
