Please id this rear wheel!!!

I'd like to find the matching front wheel but I'm unsure what year the rear is!

 

Appears to be a std 3rd gen 8 spoke with 3rd gen swingarm.

that wheel is defective and will kill you if you try to ride on it. Send it to me, i know how to dispose of them properly...I'll even do it free of charge..
