Need your in put Olypia AST Jacket

I am in the market for a new touring jacket, I have try many different brand and not to happy of the quality. My last jacket was Cortech JDK model 3/4 lenght I love the jacket. water proof and wind proof perfect for all weather, Time for a new jacket but did not like any of their style this year. I try Sheerfiel but the quality is poor and I was soaking wet riding in the rain...........They claim to be water proof, What a piece of..sh$#%$@#$%t. After reading several review and the Olypia AST pop up with many positive feet back. Have any one own this jacket? I like to know if the jacket really that great for all weather touring and it is water proof as claim. Any in put is greatly appreciated.
I am open to other brand as well.

I had an Olympia suit for a couple of years. The lining was warm, and water proof.
In warmer weather. the mesh did breathe well. but flapped a good bit at speed with out the liners in.
The protection that was offered seemed to be on par with Joe Rocket stuff. I never crash tested it.
Rated 1-10, I give it a 7.5 = fair value.
