It does look good,the parts that are missing are very hard to find.That being said , I rode several wheelies on a gen 4 this last weekend.A sweet bike.Offer $1100.
That's a sweet deal if it passes test ride examination...gets all gears, runs well, etc. Buy that bike, sell the 500 ( you won't miss it after one ride on the '96) and buy the missing bodywork gradually.
If she is solid and in good working order go for it. You can allways get creative with race plastics from other bikes as well. Anybody know if the gen 3 stuff bolts up?
