How to wheelie a motorcycle.

 

I dont think my bike will do that, Cebu. Does your gen 3 do that?
I am not the "antiwheelie" but I would hate for my front wheel to come off the ground unexpectadly if I had to get on it for some reason....
Argh. Will a stock gen 3 do a "roll on wheelie" ?

I enjoyed the link, but my curiosity is still killing me. I dont think my gen 3 will roll on wheelie, but I am always wondering if its just "my" gen 3 that wont. hrm.. will post in the gen three thread bout it someday I guess. Good to see you online anyways cebu!

 

After watching that last video with the bike at 45 - 60 degree angle. I got wondering what the oil pressure was in that motor? Seeing most pickups are on the bottom about center of engine. I imagined the oil runing back in to the trans and back of the engine away from the oil pump pickup. It would be interesting to hook up an oil gauge around the dash to see if there are any fluctuations in oil pressure.

The only way my old bike will pull a wheelie is to slip/pop the clutch in 1st or 2nd while rolling the throttle open quickly.
