Anybody know how to remove a wheel from a 91 VFR with only a side stand.

I have a motorcycle jack but if I use it it will destroy the exhaust under the bike.

all I need to know is how to jack the bike and any ideas of how to remove the tire once done.

    Thanks,
    David

The exhaust stock? I have used peices of 2'' and 1'' peices of wood. to level it on the jack, removed the seat, strapped it tight & lifted it ip with no damage mulitple times.
