interesting. I would think handling would be difficult as the VFR was never deisgned with a sidecar in mind. I do not think I would volunteer to ride in sidecar.

an vfr is not compareble with a ural ( old german ww2 - bmw motorbike copying ) it can´t be fit with a vfr.in my opinion it´s not possible a vfr with a sidecar. the driving with a sidecar ist very special - even with an bmw, ural or other bikes who are designed for sidecars. how could it work with an vfr ? ?

That sort of modification ruins a motorcycle, and we're all about preserving VFRs here, Comrade.....no problem with a Ural cuz it's a crap bike to start with. Paka !

Sweet! Is it detachable? As long as I ride in a relatively straight line at relatively slow speeds, all should be good. I would volunteer to sit in the side car. Can I also have MG mounted on the side car while I am at it? :)

Sidecar on a VFR is like hitching a thorough-bred Arabian horse to a plow !

Yet another dimension for this most versatile of motorcycles!

Jan, you do much touring on your VFR? Where is the best riding from Amsterdam? I travel through Amsterdam every other year and I am looking for a motorcycling adventure next time (2012).
