    Hey guys,
I have read some threads about this, but don't feel I have a "definative" answer from those who know.
My question: I have a stock seat and at 5'6" with m'cycle boots I can just about flatfoot my '07 RWB.
I want, perhaps, an aftermarket seat, but DO NOT want to be raised up anymore.

Can anyone solidly tell me whether 1. Sargent or Corbin raises you up more than stock seat.
    2. Do either of them lower you compared to stock seat.

    thanks a lot!

I'm 5'11" and I found the Sargent to help even if a little bit. I can tell you for certain that it will not be higher. The Sargent is not as wide at the thighs and lets your legs go down straighter instead of out wider, thus bringing your feet a tad bit closer to the ground. I also feel that the Sargent lets you sit a tad lower while riding as the seat is cupped instead of flat where your butt is.

Ace, I'll let you know as soon as Sandhills Powersports finds the time to send me my Sargent I ordered back on the 14th. I'm only 5'7", so I feel your pain.

5'4" here. Seargent DEFINATELY does not raise your seat height. I tend to agree with the previous posters that it may be a wee bit thinner as my thighs don't hurt after sitting in traffic like they did with the stocker. Also, sooooooo much more comfortable than the stocker, and marine grade materiels so weather and sun don't hurt it. The "no break in" thing is kinda bs, but it does break in very quickly. Comfortable out of the box and it's like sex once you get your butt groove worn in it a little! Can't go wrong with the Seargent IMO:thumbsup:

well, anything that feels like sex is good in my book mettalican525! Thanks people for your responses, I actually had read that Sargent raised the seat height, so that is interesting to hear...

Any Corbin seat people care to respond, I'm all ears.

    thanks all

Don't get your hopes up on the Corbin peeps poppin in here. ALMOST ALL of us have gone Sargent and the Corbin folks are few and far between. I do believe that there is a seat comparison that does stock vs corbin vs sargent on here though.
