I am in a buying mood and am considering 2 pair of leather overpants. They are---the TourMaster Decker and the Icon Automag. If you have worn either of them would you please tell me your opinions on them? Thank you wilburj

I have the Automag pants. They are very well made and very heavy. It takes some time to get the knee armor positioned properly to fit your height. The armor is designed to bend over your knees, and it's molded straight, so it gets tight when you sit on the bike. It's easily removable if not needed. It took me at least 5 or 6 rides to get them where they didn't irritate me. I think they will break in some more and become more comfortable over time. There are no pockets on these pants! The belt clasp is a little wimpy, but it works. I don't like the shiny Icon logo, but that's just personal taste. Overall a great product, makes me feel very secure.

Edit: I just looked at the Decker pants.
Looks like they have the same comfort problem with the knee armor.
