Well after getting frustrated the last couple weeks with my Scorpion Exo 700 fogging I decided it was new helmet time, so I could het the cracked oped feature and a pinlock lens if that wasn't enough, Turns out since the Shoei RF100 came out, everyone is blowing out RF1000's. I was gonna order online, but went into my local motorcycle dealer and actually got a better deal from them than I could have put together from motorcyclesuperstore, new enough, or sportbiketrackgear, among others. Helmet plus dark smoke lens for $372.95. That's a pretty rad deal, and 3 bucks cheaper than motorcyclesuperstore.com with a coupon and I don't have to wait for shipping! I'll let you guys know how i like it, especially compared to my Scorpion as I get some rides in with it.
I really like my rf1000, grat helmet! I was really supprised how the helmet does not bobble or drag at speed
I picked up one of the Qwest helmets. Heard it was one of the quiestest helmets around. Just got the matte black though cause all the graphics on that one look pretty crappy
