..who cares! I just put a Staintune exhaust on my '07 RWB and it is the single best didn't-really-need-it-but-boy-am-I-glad-I-did-it upgrade I've ever made to any bike in my 35 years of sporty riding. It sounds good to me but probably sounds kinda wierd to others as I ride by because I'm laughing hysterically most of the time. Restrictors out, of course! Sounds good at all RPM's and either on/off throttle. Puttin' around town at about three grand is like riding a musical instrument. This motorcycle riding thing just got a lot more fun. Oh yeah, I have the best wife in the world. She didn't bat an eyelash when I asked permission and said she hasn't seen "that look" on my face in years when I returned from the first ride after install.

I feel ya' ! I'm running headers with the cats removed into a Leo Vince slip on with the baffles removed. I thought it was the greatest sound in the world but I just bought an '03 RC51 with an FMF Titanium exhaust and man...it makes the Viffer sound like a scooter. I still love the sound of the Viffer though. I see under your rides you have a 1971 bonnie. My dad just gave me his 1970 Triumph Tiger 650. Those are good sounding bikes also!

Yep... can relate to the music of the Viffer with Staintune
Love the sound of mine... zipping around town around 3-5000rpm on a hot day.... and the nice little pops and burbles when you back off and slow down... even better going downhill.. lol
