Leaving work today, I must have have been a little duh duh duh (C. Mencia). I could not get into 2nd gear coming from stops. I kept putting it in neutral. WTF? Finally after about three or four times doing that I got my act together. Man I hate it when I do that! Anyone else get the tards sometimes?

    No, never.

Actually last weekend I stalled the bike twice. I blame it on the winter gloves.

Yeah, you're not alone. Like you, it seems to happen leaving work sometimes. Must be a tired mental thing. Nothing builds the confidence more than popping into what you think is 2nd gear and then hear the motor free rev up to about 6k rpms as your co-workers watch you leaving the parking lot!

Gotta laugh but of course I never do stuff like that... Yeah right!!! Anyone who hasn't done it has got to be a liar. I call it brain freeze.

Back when I had an old suz1000 I pulled up to the pump, stepped off and found myself pinned between that rather large bike and the pump (forgot to put the kickstand down  ) Back in those days, they pumped your gas and the attendant came out and yelled he'd be there in a minute as he headed to help someone in a car. I merely smiled to myself and said. I'll be here.
