Hi, have just purchased a full stainless steel exhaust system (excluding can) from a 1991 FM VFR 750 for £133. Not to sure of the make but as my original is full of holes and in a poor state hoping this will fit.
    My bike - 1993 FP VFR 750
Does anyone know if ill have problems fitting this. I have read about the center stand my have to come off??
I have included a pic of the st/steel exhaust to give you an idea.
    Ideas and advise very welcome.
    Thanx
    Neil

To my knowledgeI gotta agree. I wouldnt expect it to give you any problems installing other than the typical "FUN" that is V4 pipes.

Thanks for your replies. I will post some pictures and info when I come to fit the new exhaust.
Another question for you guy's .......
From the picture I have added, is the exhaust a left exit or right exit set up ??? looks to me it's a right exit.

"Standard" 1990-1997 exhaust is a right-hand exit, not sure about other years.

    Hi Neil -

Let us know how the centerstand makes out with the Motad.

Some PO put together a Frankenstein exhaust under my bike, in bad need of replacement. I just bought a centerstand from David Silver, hoping I can make it fit without going to an OEM-replica set like Delkevic. I hear Delkevic is fine quality, but I'd sure like a Motad or TBR exhaust if I can fit the centerstand.

    Hi deanc,
when I come to fit the exhaust I'll post some pictures of the fitting etc, I'll
know then what will happen with the c-stand.
One good thing about VFR's are there seems to be plenty of second hand
& new parts. Not bad for a 17 year old motorbike !!!!

    1. Its right standard low exit.

    2. Any 3rd gen slip-on will fit it.

    3. Quality is acceptable, could be polished up some.

    4. Design is shite, but works.

    SHOULD fit with center stand.
