Another thing I just noticed, when browsing the members galleries, I tried to get to another page and it wouldn't let me. Every time I clicked on page 2, it took me back to page one. Even if I clicked on another page, it always took me back to page one. And, it changed how I was viewing. I went to alphabetical and when I clicked on another page it went to date.

This feature has now been added to the Quick Links under Forums. You can choose Today's Posts, Last 3 Days, or Last 7 Days. Enjoy.

Ok I think I know what S.long was talking about. 15 asked if I was interested in ride since I am new here in Houston and on the Instant Messageing this showed up. "..#23:07 GCBOS/15dollar> You have just received a new private message from diVeFR entitled 'Re: Howdy Neighbor!'." . Not that I care but isn't a PM supposed to be PMed?

the chat box sent a message that only you and he could see so that if had been online he would know that he just got a chat message. only you and he could see that message. for instance, if I type a pm to michael, in the chat window both he and I will see a notice just as you describe, but no one else can see it. not even admins.

For all of you who have asked this question since the upgrade, I have created a new page that explains how to become a VFRworld Insider here:

VFRworld - VFRworld Insiders - Get a lot more out of VFRworld!

I really appreciate all the support, it helps keep the site up, and there are also some really cool extra features you get for the small contribution. Anyone who is currently an Insider will probably tell you that it's worth ponying up just to get access to the "NOT WORK SAFE" thread in the Insiders Forum. Just be sure not to read it during work.

I went to change to "Enhanced Mode" editing and couldn't. I kept getting an error of "A required field called Panic Button - URL Jump is missing or has an invalid value."
Thing is I never changed the Panic button defaults from "NO". Tried changing it and got the same message.
Thanks for fixing the post view days. Works good.

well, are you referring to every single thread in every forum or what page are you referring to? For instance, if I click forums, then I see that info for the most recent posts. (see attachment)

    thread info.jpg

Is this what you are talking about? If you can't see the column on the right, there is a tab with two arrows on it to hide or unhide it.

I'm talking about when I click on a thread. Before, the date and time of the posts were included in each post, so one could tell how old the last post was and others before it. For example, your previous post on this thread woud have read "today, 12:00pm." At least I think that feature used to exist.

The error you are getting is related to the panic mode option the was recently added. You can either turn off panic mode, or just type the full url of your panic site. ie Google would send you straight to google if you hit the panic button on the bottom of any message. Let me know if this fixes it for you.
