Hi Guys - Just wanted to know, If my battery isnt charging properly, would it be the regulator/rectifier on my 1995 750F or something else? How would I trouble shoot this as my ignition totally failed, and the horn wouldn't work when ignition was on so I suspect the battery was flat - Got it going after a roll start, and was showing 12.5v on the way home

    Thanks

Laws of probability point to the R/R as the usual suspect.

However, very often this issue is related to melting/burning at one of two connectors: the plug with 3 yellow wires between stator and R/R or the red plug from main wiring harness atop the starter relay, so look there first.

Well, Matey, you're not considered a veteran VFR rider 'round 'ere until AFTER you've replaced your SECOND R/R.....
