gen5 vibration

    Hello i am Wayne from melbourne australia.I have a 98 vfr gen 5 with 78.000k and owned for 7 years.I have noticed vibration around 7.000rpm in 4th to 5th gear.It,s never been to redline during my owning.Have torqued engine mounts and generally babyed this thing.Hard to find better allround machine nence long ownership.Hope some one can help.     Perhaps a chain/sprocket problem? Vibrations that come and go like this at varying speed tend to be related to a tight spot in the chain, improper tension, or worn sprockets. Just something to check.
