no really I can't get the tools out of tail section without having to remove screws on tail section on the side it is under.
but really the only usefull tools in it are the preload adjuster tool for the rear shock and tool for the chain slack.
all the rest open end wrenches and screw drivers suck.
I am just gonna toss those and put in some craftmen stuff.

There is a huge thread on this somewhere. Do a search and you'll get a lot of hits.

I always keep a little cash and some "medicinal herbs" in my tool kit just in case I get stranded out in the middle of nowhere.

    Regards,

Honda's don't break down. No tool kits are necessary.

My 2007 came with the plastic pouch, the spanner for shock / chain adj. and the extension, thats it. After talking to the dealer they were surprised I even got that much. I e-mailed a nastygram to Honda USA and they responded right away but said they weren't putting tool kits in bikes anymore but I could buy a set. After checking the price there was no way I was going to pay extra for that overpriced set of crap tools.

As '02VFR says go out ond buy some good forged combo wrenches and call it a day. Many nice tools available at a wide range of prices everywhere.
