Well, I've wanted to be a VFR rider for months, years even. But now I am, thanks to a well maintained 1999 example going cheap at a dealer. Someone said to me a few months ago when I was looking around that people who buy VFRs tend to hang on to them. Well, now I know what he means. My bike might have 100,000kms on it but it still runs like a dream. Oh, it needed new plugs and brake fluid. Not much drama coming from the first workshop visit. Better get on to riding then.

    Graeme

Yep, that's the one! She's got a few signs of all the kays she's done but generally in very good condition. My last ride was a ZZR600 which was good but more thirsty, less torqey and a bit tempermental when cold...

    Nice buy!

When i rang KTM the day after you'd bought her I asked... "What sort of condition was she in..." He said one word... "Immaculate!"

    I had to ask!
