Sent the phone records and e-mails from Doodles computer........in all I was in contact with Foster 23 times and sent 24 pictures in a month. Called the numbers today just to know if they would answer and they did not and went to mail box that was full. The nasty letter that was sent to my bank was from a person I never talked to, am wondering if the package my bank sends them with all this info wakes them up to whats going on in that company?Or with the lunatic that they send phone calls to........ROBERT FOSTER!:crazy::crazy::crazy:

Hey - So your going to Cabo for vacation? That's one of my all time favorite spots! Enjoy. And if you're going to do some marlin fishing, I would HIGHLY recommend Captain Steve and his crew on the boat Spartacus.

Sounds like you got everything to the bank, and you "case" is well substantiated. Sit back, enjoy, and let everything run its course. I think its all going to work out.

Hey TOE CUTTER this post in regards to the part of the letter saying that you needed to take your bike to a qualified mechanic.....

I have seen you take apart the entire rearend of a bike and put it back together in less then 1 hour. Here is a picture that I took, because the operation was impressive... Maybe this picture will help.

 

nah..he don't know what hes doing..see the exhaust is still connected and he doesn't have his OSHA approved PPE on...and where is the safty for that sling holding the bike?

what di you do to that poor bike........oh wait I remember thats the one that you engineeredthe single side swing arm for...HMMM wonder if an inexperienced mechanic could do that......just wondering....

 

I had hoped Mr. Foster would have the balls to come on this thread and try and defend his carcass. Bubba Zanetti was waiting so I could lay down the verbal smackdown.

However, if you are reading this thread Mr. Foster I hope you realize poor customer service on a well respected member of this board, who happens to have some mechanical 'know-how' was one of the worst customer service matters you could have done. The lazer exhausts are popular among the 6th gen VFR owners.

You screwed yourself out of future business for sure. I hope that 50 dollar part was worth it.

Well Dr. Delgato has been on the other forum this month (10/02/09). The Dr.'s must be aware of what is going on in the forums.Thanks for inviting them Dr. Reg. Dr. Toe is very curious if they will responed.I am thinking we should address one another as doctor for the remainder of this post.

Unfortunately you can not receive a refund and keep the allegedly defective system.

you can return it for a full refund or exchange.

Again however, you can not have both a refund and the system.

Please note the following return policy:

All our Laser Exhaust systems are covered by a five year warranty.

We also offer a 7 day return or exchange policy.
