I have done just about everything I can think of and I have no idea what else to do..

I checked the fan fuses, they are good. I had the fan motor replaced..that didn't work...and I even changed out the fan switch..still nothing.

What can i possibly be missing? Each time i changed something i'd let the bike run to see if it would actually kick on, but it never did even at 245..

Check for broken or loose wires. Does the fan turn on it you hook it directly to the battery?

    Regards,

Possibly a bad ground. The fan motor shound be grounded (green wire) to the radiator. Check that the 2 wire plug from fan is attached to wiring harness.

You could try adding an additional wire from chassis to fan shroud or to radiator.

You know that touching the black wire to thermoswitch to ground should activate the fan ( key on ).

Did you check to make sure the shroud around the fan is not bent and jamming the blades stopping it from rotating(it happened to me)?
