    wow thats an awesome bike!!!
what are the details/specs on it? like the year and parts its equipted with.
you have any idea what its putting down to the wheel or what it weighs in at?
i was trying to figure out how that exhaust is routed up through the tail, but cant see whats going on there... awesome job!

Thanks... Jody's VFR from Hell is a cost be damn attempt to replicate an RC45...

Jody is the Bikeman a professional painter and that is his own dry brush technique...

4th Gen VFR with GSXR forks and 6 piston PM calipers... RC45 fairing and
wheels... there is some motor work done but I don't recall the specs...
The exhaust wasn't done when this pic was taken... the pipes from the
bottom to the exhaust cans up in the tail are missing...

VFR from Hell is still in progress and Sport Rider will be first to do a mag feature...

eliminating the cush drive and going with the rc45 wheel probably saves a lot of unsprung weight huh?
    and that back subframe too...
i really appreciate the response with the pics showing details of the rest of the exhaust etc... please let me know when that issue of sport rider comes out.

In addition to lowering unsprung weight... HRC believes no cush provides a
better feel between the throttle wire and the contact patch... so at the Busy
Little Shop I've de-cushed at lot of race bikes... and I think a lot of street
riders would also enjoy the solid feel of going cushless... not to mention
    cush drives are flexy...

I eliminated the cush drive on Marv's ZX7R...

Thanks... it wasn't easy and I had no support...

1986 I was at Daytona 200... In the pits I asked a number of HRC Engineers
was it possible to belt drive *their* VF500F Interceptor... they stated to me
that it was *impossible* to belt drive an exiting model... rather I would
need to design the whole bike around the belt... OK I thought... they are
the experts... maybe I should call it quits... but I just could not stop
thinking about the problem... I had to solved it... when I showed the
same engineers my success they nodded affirmative ask what was I going to
do next??? build my own frame I answered... they replied that I probably
would be successful with that conversion as well...

1990 I attended the Keith Code Superbike school at Laguna... Keith
interrupted the class to ask "who is riding that belt drive Interceptor" Me I
answered... could he test it out??? certainly I replied... after 6 laps Keith
asked me if I would convert all 600 Kawasaki over to belt...

I am OBVIOUSLY a new rider looking at this thread... I pissed myself only thinking this bike could be customized with some time and effort... I need to sleep in your garage for a bit... I have no skills accept for what I've been learning on my own as far as working on bikes... I've been a baker, candy maker, brick layer my whole life and never thought of this type of heinous mods for this bike... I kneel to your presence... I've been lacking in knowledge because I am so new I guess :) LOL I've been looking into doing these similar mods to my bikes as well, and have different machine shops setup for the work... The only problem... SPECS... I never have raced but I've been doing everything by feel of riding and doing measurements as such. thanks for the post, and I'll be checking your links on VFRD
