I might have been roped into a damn family BBQ for tomorrow afternoon. So I might be out. Crap.....

What is a slabfest?

 

Well that sucks. I guess we'll have to come up with something if you are a no show.

Glockem, just tell'em you got a more important 'family' function going on, and that it's much more rewarding than a BBQ.
HMMMM sit around and eat meat and drink beer until you gain 30lbs, or get out in the great outdoors and do some healthy exercise....

 

you just had to pick tomorrow. i just spent 2 full days working my ass off in the sun, theres no way im getting up at 7 lol.

 

i'm not sure what you're being hesitant about. come on BP, you should come out. if you need a bike, i have an extra one(ZR-7S), just bring plates.

So who all is still going? I am considering it, but I can't go all the way to 33 in WVA eventhough today is a perfect day for a long route through the hills.

Sorry again for missing it yet again, but I just got back from the BBQ and I only got too eat two ribs and 1 burger and I am pissed I missed a ride today for those minute scraps.

 

Great ride today. Good people, good weather, and no problems. Could have used less sunday drivers. But the open roads we did have we fun! Glockem you missed another fine day. We logged some where in the 200+ mile range and ended up playing around in WV.

 

I agree, that was a good ride, although tiring towards the end. It was good to meet a few good folks here, and I look forward to more group rides with the lot of ya.

Also, the girl wants to ride more often, so we'll advertise our rides here and may organize something larger if there's enough interest.

You mean mountainS? We didn't go out 33. We took 50 out from Winchester and then I let the gps take the controls. Found some good roads, some bumpy ones, and of course dirt! But no one wanted to take the dirtroad shortcut...:crazy: The Sunday drivers were definitely out in force, 10 under if we were lucky on the busy roads...

Peet- Do y'all ever ride on weekdays? That's a great time to get around while everyone else is working.

 

I'll keep an eye on this thread in case you-all dont mind a flat black 5th gen tagging along.
