Clip on question, Help please

I measured my fork tubes and they are 36.957 mm. Do i need 36 mm or 37 mm clip ons. Thanks for any help

 

37mm. your measurement must have been slightly off the center line for some reason.

 

Thanks, I measured the shock tubes w/ a set of mics, and come out w/ 1.455 thousands. Found a site that converted it by x by 25.4 and got the 36.957

 

hummm ......36.957 on a 36 tube.....or 37 tube... well i suppose both would work one being opened and one being tightened down...i would use the 36 on clutch and 37 on gas...yeppers...

 

Well to anyone that is interested, they are 37mm,

They still need to be slightly adjusted, and I need to get use to them, but I think I like them

 

25.4 is rounded...kinda like saying pi is 3.14
