just purchased 1984 vf750f ,have been looking around for varios parts,seems that there are a lot of 700s not many 750s other than motor cc is there any difference in these bikes
The 83-85 700/750's are all basically the same. There are differences in internal carb jets and such, colors (of coarse) the switches are visually different (lettering/color) and other small differences like that. As far as major parts they are the same.
Just a Hijack but found an 1983 750 for sale for $500.00. Was running ok but was told had battery/charging issue. Repainted yellow and on a scale from 1 to 10 its a 4. Also was told tank was lined and carbs rebuilt but has not ran in a year. Pass or get the money pit?
