Well, I thought my bike would be finished last week, but the painter got hurt ridin quads. My tank and seat cowl are supposed to be painted this week now. I got the Repsol plastics from ebay, and Radar's sliders. I'll install the sliders when I get the bike home. Maybe try again this Sunday if it doesn't rain.

Well, I let my mechanic do them since he had done a set on GSXR1000 before. They are not just going to go on like OEM stuff as there are little variations. They are painted very nicely and the ABS seems fine, however the black plastic pieces that come for around the instrument cluster are worthless and we just used the regular ones. He had to do a little tweaking to the upper fairing stay because it got bent in my accident. The rear-end went right on. Also he went around to all the parts where screws attach and put a nice chunky layer of JB weld or some other epoxy stuff to reinforce them as he had some break off on the gixxer. So far it looks great, just gotta get the tank and seat cowl back! We're also going to put the big three wing sticker on the side of the gas tank.
