I am attempting to have a complete set of brake/clutch lines made up to basically replace everything on my 5th gen and keep the LBS intact. My question is this, what size/pitch are the holes in the PCV valve and Delay valve. Are they 10mm x 1.0 ? or 10mm x 1.25 like the banjo bolts ?

If this project works, then it will be a dramatically cheaper way to get SS lines on LBS equipped bikes.

Somebody please lend me a hand here.

Someone here will be able to chime in. There are quite a few that have either de-linked their systems, replaced stuff,or upgraded the lines. I haven't done it yet but I do plan on replacing the lines. If I had, I would fork over the information gladly.

Most hardware stores have a pitch gauge in their fastener isle. Take one of the lines off that go into these holes and you should be able to measure the pitch. Fastenal stores are everywhere and they should be able to help you also.

Some fastener houses will give you a free plastic pitch gauge

They are not really removable unless I want to bleed the whole system again, hence my asking.
