    Can anyone tell me if the owners manual for a 2007 is the same as the 2004? I assume they are since both are 6th Gen.

    AFAIK, yes. There are very very few changes to the 6th gen over time. Other than clear turn signal lenses, the change in the outside backing color of the dash, and point at which VTEC engages, its all the same. None of this affects what you would find in the service manual or owners manual.

    There might be a few other small changes im unaware of... but basically they are all the same.

    Are you talking about the owners manual or the service manual? Mechanically the 6th Gen has essentially remained the same except for the VTEC engagement point which dropped from 6800 rpm to 6400 rpm in 2006. I think the 2007 model also has a larger blinker fluid reservoir.

    I am speaking of the owners manual. I have a new owners manual for a 2004 and I now own a 2007 that did not come with a manual. I can't see buying a new manual if they are the same.

    You wont find any differences or need to get a different one.

    here is a free download for the owner's manual of the 2007 vfr. download it and see if there are any differences.
