After some searching and waiting, my new to me 94 vfr750fr arrived yesterday afternoon. Has 67,278km on the clock and is in fair shape for her age. Will be getting her on the road next week :thumbsup:

You mean '84 right? Some guy didn't sell it to you thinking it was a '94 did he? If you bought an '84 knowing it was an '84 then, Congrats!

    Welcome.

Sorry if you were mistaken by my pic in the post, that is a pic of my 83 that sold two weeks ago:smile: Will hopefully load some pics of the 94 soon. For some reason the files wouldn't upload today? no issues before uploading so will try again.

Congrats on your purchase, the bike looks clean! I'm sure you'll enjoy her for many years to come. Did you get what you were asking for your old Interceptor?

    Regards,
    Rollin

Thanks and as for the sell price on the 83, no, sold her at a loss and IMO if you buy the 83-85 you buy to keep and maybe do a rebuild to keep longterm. I really wanted to get something newer and she got me back out on the roads after a 7year absence so she served her purpose well:biggrin: wouldn't mind adding a 3rd gen later on:thumbsup:

Yeah I wasn't sure about the gold rims and now that I like the look I may add some gold levers and pegs etc to bling it up:smile:
