Hi all. I see a PCIII USB available on the PC site, but not a PCV. Does a V fit?

    Thanks?

Look at the ones for the 2009 model year VFR. THey have the PCV listed there. Seeing as honda didn't actually change anything for the '09 model year you can use the PCV on any 6th gen.

Also see this: PCV on 6th Gen

Thanks for the reply Swiftech. I should have said that I have an '05 model, which I believe has different connectors to an '09...

Also, the link you posted doesn't work...

    Thanks

There I fixed the link. I do not think the connectors are different between the 05 and the 06. Honda did change the mapping a bit on the ECU for '06, but I'm pretty sure the hardware is the same. I do not have access to any other bikes though to confirm. Best of luck anyway!

This from coderighter over on VFRD. You should be fine getting the PCV for an '09.

    Cheers.

Thanks again for the replies. I've saved the links to that thread and also the 3000 mile report on the results...

ihave an 07 and installed a pc v. It works just fine. Actually the box says it's for an 09, but the guys at fuel moto USA say there is no difference between the 06-09. It works great. Jamie at fuel moto will give you the best price, and will load whatever map you desire, so it's plug and play. Easy to install.
    Cheers
    John.
