Depends on what I'm doing and the traffic around me. The bike came with a Throttlemeister when I bought it and I do use it from time to time. It's not perfect but it does give me a few minutes to rest the hand if I need it.

I use a Vista Cruise and have it engaged most of the time so I can rest and stretch my right hand and arm when needed. But I'm also installing an Audiovox CSS-100 (I think that's the right name), a true automotive cruise control. I want this for those never-ending, high-speed, low-traffic jaunts across, say, Iowa or South Dakota on the interstates.
