    Greetings,

Has anyone here installed on a 4th gen the top case mount only, not the wing rack setup? I ordered the very-hard-to-find-now F242 topcase mount for my '96 and as usual the GIVI instructions are useless. It seems to say (through the butchered english) that I need to drill through the side panels to reach the mounting points but naturally gives no clue as to where. I'm sure if I screw with it long enough I'll figure it out but hopefully someone can save me some time. Ah GIVI..always great products, always hideous instructions. Thanks.

    Joe

Please ignore posting. After closer inspection I think my Two Brothers high-mount exhaust makes the question moot; I don't think there is enough clearance to even install the racks. Should have thought of that before I ordered it. Anyone (with a low mount exhaust) want a good deal on a GIVI 4th gen top case rack?

    Hey Joe,

I have a stock 1994 VFR and am looking for a top case rack for it to go with a Givi box I just bought. If you are sure you can't use it on your bike I am interested in taking it. Please email (or call) me with a price when you can. I live in San Francisco so maybe we can do paypal or other?

    Thanks,
