just bought it and there was no fluid in it.there are no leaks and I can get it to hold pressure or for that matter I can get pressure at all.fluid comes out the slave bleder screw but does'nt shoot out like it should.is there a special way to do this?

    Bleeding

Pinch the line near the master cylinder with pliers (lightly) and you will feel pressure. Pump until fluid flows out slave and bleed normally.

if I take the banjo bolt out of the master and one pull while my finger over it it pushes my finger off and fluid squirts every where.I take the banjo off the slave and put my fingers on the hose and theres pressure but not alot,I took the slave off and pushed the piston in all the way and pulled the lever I can feel it move but it dont push out.no leaks any where.
with the master building pressure like that I would assume its good.

    Yup!

You need to fill the line and slave and it will bleed normally.
