It sounded like the cam chain spinning due to high oil temp.
I only hear it on hot days when bike temp has been running hot all day.
Don't think it is anything to worry about.

I have an appointment to drop my bike off on Thursday. The guy at the dealer really doesnt seem to want to help me since I didnt buy the bike there but hopefully they will fix it. He said and I quote "Honda won't pay me to search for noises". I'll keep you all posted.

Oh and it is a lot harder to put the pair system back in than it is to take it out.

Well I went to drop my bike off and when I get there its not making the noise, I leave and ride around for awhile and nothing. So rather than have them charge me $80 to try and locate a noise that is not occurring, I decided to just forget it. I'll keep riding, if it comes back or gets worse, I'll worry then. The shifting seems to be getting better, the bike is getting quieter, maybe it just needed some miles on it. I'm at about 3700 so hopefully in the next couple thousand I will have forgotten all about this.

I do think it is an oil issue though, from everything I read, the front CCT doesn't get enough oil and so it makes some noise, however, it does not lose tension so it causes no harm. I think my mobil 1 has thinned out over the last 1500 miles making it flow better thus quieting my CCT. Before that I had done 3 oil changes so I probably never let the oil wear in enough to quiet it.
