anybody know "stoppie"?

I sent the guy my heli bars to try out.
He never paid or sent them back & now no response to PM's & EM's.

Maybe he's goin' thru some serious sh!t or something....but....geeze.

Ahhhh, yeah, that's it. You must have eaten a lot of paint chips as a kid to give your bars to a stranger. It is safer that way!

This happens every once in a while. Most folks here are stand up people and would not allow this to turn into a mess. I hope he just forgot and sees this and makes things right. VFRW is full of good people.

People are basically bad. Given a choice with no consequences to them they will inevitably make the bad choice. Messes it up for all of the decent honest folks.

Too many folks on this board provide too much help to those in need.

I offered these Heli's to this guy to try out - no rush. Now in retrospect, I PROBABLY should have been more definitive as to how long he could look them over - ya stoopid there ...I'll give you that - but who knows....maybe his kid got hit by a car or he lost his house & Helis' are at the bottom of the things to do list. I get that.

Come to think of it, the guy I bought these from was rear-ended right after he bought them, I totaled my Gen5 right after I bought them......maybe there is bad juju in those Helibars & it's better if they DON'T come back.

who knows.

A couple of simple rules.

Never ever , ever mess with someone elses bike!

If a biker helps you out, pay him back in spades!

If you make a promise, keep a promise!

Maybe I should start a new thread with a "Biker Code of Ethics"
