    Hey VFRWorld,

I just came into a little bit of cash and was thinking of getting some custom painting done on my 2001 red VFR. I have some ideas, but I was wondering what would look the best. Does anyone have pictures of custom paint work they have had done to their VFR (any year)? I was thinking of some red and black theme, but I am interested in what other people have done.

    Thanks,

    Mel

Depends on what your looking for. I'm working on a custom red bike withe black striping. Or are you talking airbrsh type work?

No, definitely not airbrush. I am not looking for any graphics, just a different color scheme. Maybe something like the old red and black Ducati's. I like the sounds of your color scheme, what's your plan, exactly?

Take a look at this post. I will be posting up finished pics once I'm done. Hopefully this up coming weekend. Basically very expensive deep red with black stripes and the HONDA logo like the 2006 CBR RR's have on the lower fairing. Also the logo for a forum I have been part of for a while now in Western NY, on the passenger seat cover. It's coming out VERY nice so far.
