Sargent seat group buy

First the good news.

1. The seats are in, they will be shipped to our addresses from Oregon asap.
2. There are two extra seats available for $320 shipped to US, add $15 for shipping to Canada, all prices in USD. Seats are for 02+, 1 w/ red and the other w/ black welt. Seats in stock so will ship asap, first come first serve. Contact service@bikersden.com (attn Jason) if interested.

Now the bad news.

Bikers' Den's experience with Sargent was an unpleasant one where constant miscommunication resulted in a less than favourable result for Bikers' Den customers. Because of this, the owner has decided to rescind his dealer status. After the two extra seats are gone he will not sell them anymore.

Thanks for the update. I respect them for not taking any crap from Sargent.

 

Tis a shame that they have had such a bad experience with Sargent but at least they are taking pride in their business and sticking up for what is best for the company and best for their customers.

 

I can understand why they would not want to do business with Sargent again. Thanks for the update.

 

Hey guys I got home this afternoon and my seat was at my house. Looks sweet, I will be breaking it in tomorrow...

Even better news. Nice to know they're out and about. Hope they get through the border quick enough for us CDN folks.

 

I just got home from my ride and it is so much nicer to get home from a day of riding and not have any pains if you know what I mean. The seat was very comfortable. Thanks Borg for doing all of the lag work and getting this group buy done.

just got my tracking number today too...it was emailed just like they said it would.

Mine arrived in the mail today out of the blue. Never got a tracking number or confirmation that it was on its way, it just showed up.

Looks and feels great too. I can't wait to get some riding in on it. I've got the bike torn apart right now so unfortunately all I can do is sit on it on the center stand. I should have everything back together tonight and be riding on it tomorrow though so all it well

I'm halfway across the country so if mine is here already, everyone else should be getting theirs very very shortly.

 

Mine came in yesterday and looks good. Thanks to all who made this happen. I'm unable to ride right now due to a foot injury, but I am looking forward to trying it out soon. Hopefully it will only be a few more weeks... :crutch:

 

mine came in yesterday, already put it on, the seat cowl fit on nice and snug with no problems. I can already tell it is going to make a difference on my butt.

 

Mine's showing "in customs". Looks like us Canadians should see them next week.

Shipping it today... maybe. Getting it in time for the Vancouver Island ride looks like it's gonna be a crap shoot now.
