As cool and wet as its been this year it looks its going to be a long winter too.

This week I'm getting a motorcycle table lift so i can do some serious work on my two bikes. The VFR mechanically runs great so I'll clean everything up, replace some gaskets since there is oil and dirt collecting on the heads, and fix whatever else needs fixing.

The body needs lots of help between the previous owner painting over bad spots with the wrong red, most of the attachment points and tabs being cracked or broken, and me dropping it at the gas pump this Spring.

I think I'll be painting it not red but white and powder coating the rims the same color. It looks like i can get replacement decals from bike bandit but i was also thinking about putting a "V-FOUR" decal from an earlier model on it just for a little color. Bike Bandit doesn't list it, any ideas where i could aquire one?

    Any help would be appreciated!

    What a week!

Hey guys, thanks for the info. I should be able to find what I need. Living in the middle of nowhere it seems like i have to drive at least 50 miles to get whatever I need.

I was going leave bright and early to drive 350 miles to Ft Collins to pick up a new motorcycle table lift. A good thing I called ahead of time because it seems they sold it already! Spend $125 on gas and waste a day or pay $210 and have it shipped to me, I don't know.

    thanks again!
