Looking for brake light flashers that....

....replace the mounting bolts for the license plate. Basically, they look just like those "little round red reflector bolts" that many of us use to hold the license plate on. But instead of mere reflectors, these light up with the brake lights and flash rapidly until the brake was released.
I saw some of these little flashers on a scooter the other day, and it not only caught my attention (as in a good way), but it was a very clean looking mod as well. I particularly like them because they were small and unobtrusive, fit in a stock location (simply replacing the existing bolt or reflector bolt) and were bright enough to catch attention.
So....does anyone know where (online) I can procure such an item? I've looked around, but no luck so far.....

Well, that's a step in the right direction, but I don't see exactly what I'm looking for there. I asked at the local dealership and they might have a lead on some. I'm thinking that what I saw on that scooter may have been a "home-made" job. It seems that with a couple of 1" led arrays and a flasher unit, it could be done pretty simple and cheap.
I'll post an update when I find or make one !
