ignition switch repacement

I have a 97 750...I am looking to get my ignition switch out...i lost my key and need to get one cut...whats the easiest way to get it out???

 

Can you get the key code. I know its gotta be on the bike somewhere. I am not sure where tho

 

Key codes

The key code is on the bottom of the lock, you will have to remove it or pick the fuel cap . It will be a string of numbers and letters but it is the last three you need to know. It will end with an A, B,C or D and two numbers.It may be easier to remove the top of the triple clamp as it may have security bolts holding it on and you may need to drill them out.
