1.Sorry I got my numbers reversed, I am running 35 front and 41 rear today.
2.Yes, the tires are slightly misshapen, but I have ridden on worse that handled better. After fiddling with the pressure I'll try reshaping the rear. If that doesnt work I'll have to buy new tires, I'm just hoping for the cheap way out for now.

    my recommendation

Honda recommends 36PSI in front , 42PSI rear.
But it depends on the use you give to your bike:that is a pressure that can be used in every condition:dual riding, cargo, solo riding, dry or wet, street or highway, I've read in several bike magazines that a tire pressure may vary depending on the use, for track is recommended to reduce air pressure 3 or 4 PSI so when tire reaches its working temperature it'll go ok, I ride alone and use 36 front and rear and can lean the bike to the tire limit and haven't any loss of grip,I use Michelin pilot road and last 15000km and looks ok.
I put once 34PSI and the ride was quite different, slow and unpresise. Rturn to 36 and it seems like a new bike.

So, does a dude 4'8" weighing 85 lbs run the same tire pressures as a dude that is 6'6" and comes in at around 275?

Then ya got all the various tire makers who suggest pressures in their tires.

...and how bout those pressures in the training wheels for the short dude?
