Does anyone out there in VFRdom have a front cylinder head for a 4th Gen VFR??? My left front spark plug keeps popping out of the bore, telling me that the threads are stripped. Thanks!

This can be an ez fix.

Napa should have a Helli-coil, the repair needs grease as well to catch fillings. the tap supplied in the kit. So what u are going to do is chase the spark plug hole and install the coil, instructions are in the kit and it should cost @ $20.00
So go and check out the Helli-coil website(goggle it) Hope this helped if you need any help just reply to the post Michael..

I have done this many times and it is a secure way of fixing cyl heads ..

This helps tremendously!!! Hopefully I can get the local machine shop to repair this for me, as waiting for the military postal system is ardous at best. I will order a few heli-coils in the meantime though. Thanks again!!!
