I have a 1990 VFR and I just replaced the exhaust can with a 1992 VFR exhaust. I noticed that it is a little longer about an inch or less. My question is should I be concerned with re-jetting, or is it no big deal that Honda made it a little bigger??? I dont think there were any engine mods in the 90-93 models...
    thanks Adam

If the bike is all stock other than the replacement muffler, you're fine. You could probably fine tune the bike with a jet kit, but it's probably not necessary. Call Factory Pro, they freaking rock when it comes to customer service.

    KC-10 FE out...
