Does anybody know how much oil goes in front forks of VF750f 1983?
I have heard something about 3.5 dl, but it seems a bit much...

Right leg 360cc-12.2oz, Left leg 380cc-12.8oz. Book says to use ATF. I never have. Always used 10w with 5# of air. Works good for me, for over 50k miles.

Grey, it sounded much when i saw your reply, but i gave it a shot...
Well, i tried to pouch 350 cc and damn fork doesn't move at all!!!
Is that possible? It's not diving as much as i press it, and i am like 230 lbs... not a millimiter, like there's a cement in it...
I mean, i don't want to bite a pavement when i get it all done, so i am waiting for someone go give me advice... 'till then, my honda is still hanging in the garage...

Those are the specs out of my factory manual and what I use. Never had a problem. Check and make sure the valving in each leg is working and not plugged. ALSO check the "Trac" valving in the left leg is working properly. Fluid must flow thru it.
There is something else wrong or you don't have a stock 83 front end.
