    Howdy folks,

After years of circling the subject, I finally decided to go for my motorcycle license. Here in Holland, it's a whole different license with a bunch of new tests. Nothing like getting a car license in the States ( where I got my car license 27 years ago ). In the months that I was busy with my lessons and tests, I studied up on the right kind of bike for me. In the end, the obvious choice was a Honda VFR. Great all-round capabilities, great looks, great sound and the reliability needed for daily riding. I bought a '94 VFR a month ago and got rid of one of the family cars a week later. I'm loving the bike and getting better on it every day.

    Cheers,

    Dyrke Schaefer

Greetings from USA. Keep coming back.

Scubie why would you want a red light district? You'd be stopping all the time. Thats a hellva why to ride. I prefer the open spaces of the cuntry.

So you've spent some time in Amsterdam? I've never lived there, but worked in the city for quite a few years.
