I really hope that image of the new VFR is a fake.

If Honda comes out with That "Thing", I think I have had enough with Honda, a once Great company. They have slowly killed my beloved VFR. I Just drove 1200 miles to buy one of the last true VFR sport Bikes, a 1997. I hate the V-tech automobile valve- trane that some dumb-ass at Honda decided to replace the wonderful Gear Driven Cams with. I have a right to rip on the 6th gen, as I own a 2006 model. I want the old Honda back. Makers of the RC45 & RC51 and other totally Honda bikes.

 

On te Police bikes, my department has Harley Road kings, handle like cement trucks. And the future of honda, in the US bikess anyway, does look bleak, Might be why I ride Yamaha now...( http://vfrworld.com/forums/anything-goes/24755-my-bike-why-you-wont-like.html )

 

For what it's worth while speaking of cop bikes in Japan they use the VFR for police bikes.
