Just a little tidbit.

Hi everyone, My name is Ian. I'm from Grand Rapids, Michigan. I have been riding for 3 years now, just got myself a 2002 VFR. It's orange with gold flake, used to be red.

This is my 3rd bike now. Last one was a 1998 Yamaha Vmax, loved it. Had a bad accident about a month ago, totaled it. Caought some gravel around a corner, went down on left-side, with my wife on back. the bike before the Vmax, my first one, was a 1999 Honda Magna. Within the first season put 8,000 miles on it.

I ride all year long even though Michigan winters can be bad. I've only had the VFR for a month and sitting just over 2,000 miles(that I've put on).

In case your wondering, CrAsH is my riding name. I've earned it well. Been through 7 car accidents, 2 stunt bike wreks, 2 motorcycle accidents, and still have yet to break a bone....knock on wood.

I came upon this site while looking for articles on mods, I think I found a another place to call home...

Oh, and if any of ya are in my area, let me know. Always looking for more people to ride with.

Welcome, I think we're talking all over the place. As you've already figured, I'm from your neck of the woods. Been on here a few months, and doing a lot of research myself. We should get together over a brew (well Scotch & cigar in my case) and talk Viffers...
